Processing and Shipping Information:

All orders are estimated to arrive approximately 5-7 business days and are ship from Brantford, Ontario. We process all orders within 24 hours and, processing time are between 2-3 days.

Lumberjack Sports does not ship on weekends or statutory holidays, orders placed on Friday will be process the following Monday.

International Shipping information and policies:

HRD BAT CO. has a flat rate of $30.00 CAD for all international Shipping.

Shipping Rates and Services:

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Delivery timelines are given in business days. Orders that are over $99.00 before tax qualify for free ground shipping.

Expected Delivery Timeline:

• Standard Shipping:

5 – 9 Business Days - $15.00

• Express Shipping:

2 – 3 Business Days - $25.00

• International Shipping:

3 – 5 Business Days - $30.00

Items that are over $100.00 will need an Adult Signature Requirement. Canada Post will not release this parcel to the customer unless someone is available to sign for it.

Please nor that shipping to remote destinations can extend shipping times.

Tracking your order:

*Most orders are delivered within 7-9 days.

You will receive an email from us once your order has been shipped. Your tracking number should be active within 24-48 hours of printing of the shipping label.
